30 years of experience conducting all aspects of environmental investigations. Progressed from field technician to project manager, to principal owner within single organization. Created and managed a vibrant regional office. Responsibilities have progressed from field services to project organization, scope development and report preparation to staff development and supervision, financial management, and business development. Extensive working knowledgeof the New Hampshire Petroleum Reimbursement Fund, first accessing the fund in 1993.
